Horseback Riding Camps at Sienna Stables

Our camps are designed for first-time riders, or riders with limited experience. They are a perfect way to introduce riders to horses and riding. For advanced riders we suggest you contact the office to schedule riding lessons -both private and group lessons are available.

Camp activities include learning basic riding skills; Western, English, and Dressage riding techniques; horse management; horse safety; horse breeds, colors & markings; horseback games and more.

In the past, Sienna Stables provided all equipment needed, including helmets.

Sanitizing and sharing items that touch the face of campers would be prohibitive. We now require that all campers provide their own helmets. Campers need either a multi-sport, bike, or equestrian helmet prior to arriving at camp.

Campers need to bring their own sack lunch and reusable water bottle. Also, be sure to use sunscreen.  Backpacks and cell phones are not needed.

We realize that some of these requirements may be cumbersome, and we apologize for any inconvenience. By using these extra safety measures, we are able to conduct fun, informative and safe camps that your riders will remember for a lifetime!

Here is what your rider(s) will need:

  • Campers should wear jeans, shirt, and heeled shoes or boots.
  • NO TENNIS SHOES.
  • Each rider needs to bring a helmet, multi-sport, bike, or equestrian, and be sure to mark the helmet clearly with your rider(s) name.
  • Campers need to bring a sack lunch and reusable water bottle.
  • Be sure to use sunscreen.
  • Every camper must have a riding release signed by parent or guardian prior to the first day of camp. Click here for riding release.

Please note: we are unable to accommodate campers with special needs and there are no refunds.

Your kids will be talking about Sienna Stables Camps all year and will bring home a lifetime of memories.

Camps coincide with the Fort Bend Independent School District Calendar.
